Damaged during shipping:

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Completed orders:

Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Replacements:

If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by Agnes Belle that a change would be beneficial.
